Job Overview

Our Investment Properties division assists investors, business owners, family offices and HNIs in identifying and acquiring income-generating commercial real estate opportunities.
We focus on pre-leased commercial properties, retail assets, office spaces, industrial properties, mixed-use developments and other investment opportunities across Delhi,



Gurgaon, Noida and Faridabad.
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Investment Properties Advisor to advise clients on the acquisition and sale of investment-grade real estate including the following:

Pre-Rented Commercial Properties or
Yield Generating Investment Properties
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable properties, analysing investment opportunities, building relationships with investors and property owners, conducting market research and managing transactions from initial enquiry to closure.
The role requires a strong understanding of commercial real estate, rental yields, capital appreciation, lease structures and property transaction processes.
Candidate Requirements
4 years plus of experience in commercial real estate sales, property investment advisory, wealth management, banking or financial product sales.
