About the Job:
Position: Senior Solution Consultant

Location: Gurugram

Role Summary: A Senior Solution Consultant works closely with the customer to design and define tailored solutions. They take ownership of the entire project implementation, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish. They lead requirement gathering, drive solution design, manage stakeholder communication, and mentor junior team members throughout the engagement.

Must Have:




2–3 end-to-end project implementation experience, particularly in B2B projects within service or product organisations.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting projects involving enterprise systems (MDM, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, with the ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions aligned with project goals.
Experience preparing design documents and functional specification documents.
Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications independently.
Exposure to working with international customers across different time zones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, present to senior stakeholders, and influence others.
Bachelor's or engineering degree with specialisation in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics.
