Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through institutional partnerships, corporate alliances, training contracts, and workforce development initiatives. The role demands a highly proactive individual capable of generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and consistently achieving revenue targets. This is a revenue-generating role with explicit ownership of business development, client acquisition, and regional expansion.
