Role Description The Senior Solution Engineer will design, develop, and implement secure, scalable solutions that integrate AI and advanced engineering practices for enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, architects,



and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical architectures, leading solution design reviews, and ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards. The role involves hands-on development, integration of Agentic AI components, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and guiding teams through deployment, optimization, and production support activities. The Senior Solution Engineer will also mentor junior engineers, contribute to best practices and technical documentation, and engage with clients to present solution roadmaps and technical recommendations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.
