We are seekingan experienced Manager- Digital Marketingto lead and drive our end-to-end digitalmarketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive 360° digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across multipledigital channels.

The ideal candidateis a data-driven leader with extensive experience in performance marketing, brand marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, social media, marketing automation, analytics, and team leadership. The Director will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Creative, and Leadership teams to alignmarketing efforts with business objectives.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° digital marketingstrategy aligned with business goals.
Establish annual and quarterly marketingroadmaps, budgets, and KPIs.
Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights,



and competitive analysis.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and adopt emerging marketingtechnologies.

Performance Marketing
Lead paid acquisition effortsacross Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic advertising, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
Manage media planning,budget allocation, and channel optimization.

Brand & Content Marketing
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and digital brand consistency.
Develop content strategies across blogs, videos, webinars, case studies, email campaigns, and social media.
Ensure compelling storytelling that strengthens customerengagement and brand equity.

SEO & OrganicGrowth
Drive organic trafficgrowth through SEO best practices.
Oversee technical SEO, on-page optimization, content SEO, and backlink strategies.
Monitor search trends and implementstrategies to improve search visib
