We are HUNTEC, a professional manufacturer focusing on electrical connection products. To expand our market footprint across India, we are now recruiting a dedicated local sales representative to take charge of nationwide channel development and agent management.
Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, develop and onboard new distributors and sales agents across the whole Indian market

Manage and support existing channel partners, maintain stable cooperative relationships, and drive continuous sales growth

Conduct local market promotion, collect industry trends, competitor information and customer demands

Submit regular work reports, market feedback and channel progress updates to the China headquarters in English

Coordinate communication between local agents and the domestic team to ensure smooth project and order follow-up





Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above

Solid working experience in the electrical industry

Priority given to candidates with direct experience in electric connectors and auto control industry

Fluent in English (daily work communication and report writing)

Familiar with India local channel sales mode, capable of independent agent development and management

Proactive, self-disciplined, with strong market insight and business development ability

Able to cooperate with China team for cross-timezone work communication
