Job Responsibilities
Attending service complaints
Interacting with customers independently.
Provide solutions to customers time to time
Coordination between various departments for resolution of issues being raised by various customers
Placement of Engineers/ Technician on daily basis against customer complaints/ installation etc.
Strong Computer skills Positive communication skills verbal written.
Preparing Quotations for customers.
Follow up on outstanding payments.
Must be strong on Excel and Tally/ Busy.
