Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Chandigarh. The Sales Manager will oversee advertising and media sales for Network18 properties, manage key client relationships,



and drive revenue growth across television and digital platforms. Responsibilities include identifying current business opportunities, developing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns. The role involves collaborating closely with editorial, marketing, and operations teams to create integrated solutions, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and preparing regular sales forecasts and performance reports. The Sales Manager will also mentor and support team members, maintain accurate sales documentation, and uphold Network18’s standards for ethical and compliant business practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in media, advertising, or related sales roles, preferably within broadcast or digital news organizations.
Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow strategic partnerships
