About the role:
The Jr. Associate,



block- in- Charge will serve as the on-ground coordinator responsible for executing regenerative agriculture interventions, mainly sustainable cultivation of Sugarcane at the Block level. This role requires close engagement with farmers, community institutions, Sugar mills and field teams to ensure effective implementation, adoption, and monitoring of sustainable agricultural practices.

What you’lldo:
Program Implementation
Lead on-ground execution of regenerative agriculture programs across assigned area.
Promote and facilitate adoption of sustainable and regenerative farming practices especially sustainable cultivation of Sugarcane among farmers
Monitor field activities, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines
Farmer Engagement & Capacity Building
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for farmers
Provide continuous support and guidance to farmers on regenerative practices for sustainable farming practices.
