Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our
D2C brand clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships,
ensuring successful campaign delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and driving client
satisfaction through effective communication and strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and understand their business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Performance Marketing, Creative, and Content to ensure
seamless project execution.




• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
• Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and service adoption.

Requirements
• 1–6 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Client
Success within a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email
Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
