About the Company
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pharmacovigilance Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in our pharmacovigilance (PV) services portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of drug safety and regulatory requirements with proven skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and strategic partnership development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions for pharmaceutical companies for other services like CDMO, Auditing services, Regulatory Services and Instrument Qualification services.

The Pharmacovigilance Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and strategy, managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, and tracking performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Business growth and strategy:
Identify and develop current business opportunities in pharmacovigilance and drug safety services across global markets.
Create and implement strategies to expand market presence and achieve growth targets.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to identify emerging business opportunities.
Contribute to the development of marketing and positioning strategies for PV services.
Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand the company’s client base and market presence.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies, including roles in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain Management.
Proactively pursue new business leads through various channels, including networking, attending industry events, and conducting market research.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop, customize, and deliver persuasive proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
