Lead the Contract Logistics business by driving strategic growth, operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance across multiple warehouse and distribution location
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth, profitability, and customer acquisition
Oversee end-to-end warehouse, transportation, and distribution operatio
Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and customer SLA's
Manage P&L;, budgeting, and cost optimization
Build and lead high-performing operations team.
Strengthen customer relationships and support key account management
Drive process improvements, automation, and compliance with quality and safety standards
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA preferr
15–20 years of experience in Contract Logistics/3PL, with at least 8 years in a leadership role managing multi-location operations
