Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telesales Representative role based in Chennai.



The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing Mount’s products and solutions, and generating qualified leads. The role involves explaining product features and benefits, handling inquiries, providing basic technical information, and following up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities. The Telesales Representative will maintain accurate records in the CRM, coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams, and support order processing and appointment scheduling. Daily tasks also include meeting call and conversion targets, sharing customer feedback with management, and participating in regular training to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications
