We're not building just another "healthy snack" brand — our goal is to change how people perceive makhana altogether. We're a small, close-knit team that values flexibility, creative ownership, and genuine belief in what we're building. You'll work directly with the founder and the founding team, with real autonomy over your work.
Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, community-driven Social Media Manager to lead content for the founder's personal Instagram page. You'll turn raw footage and photos into scroll-stopping, engaging content, while helping shape the founder's voice and grow an authentic community around it. This role is focused on the founder's page for now, with potential to expand into managing the brand's page as we grow.
Responsibilities
Edit and post 3 Reels/week from provided raw footage (hooks, pacing, trending audio, captions)
Post 3-4 Stories/day (behind-the-scenes, personal moments, polls, founder-voice content)




Design and write 1 Carousel/week (educational, relatable, or personal storytelling)
Maintain a content calendar, proposing ideas 1-2 weeks in advance
Build genuine community engagement — thoughtful replies, DMs, and outreach to relevant accounts
Track performance and share insights to inform content decisions

Requirements
Strong Instagram marketing skills, including content planning and platform management
Experience in content strategy, with the ability to translate goals into explicit, consistent content plans and calendars
Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to improve visibility, engagement, and follower growth through data-driven adjustments
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and voice-consistent copy for posts, captions, and replies
