Job Description

This is a full time, on-site Lead Generation Executive role based in Pune. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through online research, prospecting, and outbound outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining prospect databases, conducting market research, engaging with potential clients through email, calls,



and professional networking platforms, and coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings and support follow-up activities. The role also involves tracking lead generation performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, and contributing to the continuous improvement of outbound lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation and prospecting techniques.
Good market research skills with the ability to identify target companies and key decision-makers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and online research tools.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead generation tools is an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, business development, or a related role.
