Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM and Tier-1 customers.
Identify new business opportunities in automotive and industrial sectors.
Achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with customers for RFQs, quotations, pricing, and negotiations.
Support new product development and business acquisition activities.
Customer Management
Act as the key interface between customer and internal teams.
Monitor customer schedules, forecasts, and order execution.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
Marketing & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business presentations.
Support strategic planning for current market penetration.
Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and technical discussions.
Coordination & Operations
Coordinate with PPC, production, quality, finance, logistics, and stores teams.
Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of customer requirements.
Monitor payment collections and overdue status.
Track tooling costs, project timelines, and launch activities.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain RFQ tracker and customer database.
Prepare monthly sales reports and dashboards.
Support management reviews with business performance data.

Experience Required
Typically 8–12 years in automotive sales, marketing, or business development.
Experience handling OEM customers preferred.
