Role Summary:
Own the client lifecycle from onboarding to retention, ensuring high engagement, strong relationships, and continuous value realization while driving revenue through renewals and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction
Handle client onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption
Drive recharges and renewals from existing clients
Identify upsell opportunities and support revenue growth
Work closely with internal teams to resolve client queries and improve overall experience
