Role Description The Sales Officer – Horeca will manage and grow sales within the Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering) segment, focusing on RSPL’s portfolio of relevant products. This full-time,



in office role based in Kanpur involves identifying and onboarding new Horeca customers, nurturing existing accounts, and driving volume and value growth in the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular sales visits, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, executing promotional activities, and ensuring timely order booking and follow-up for deliveries and payments. The role also includes coordinating with distributors and channel partners, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies. The Sales Officer will maintain accurate sales reports, adhere to company policies, and uphold RSPL’s standards of customer service and brand representation.
