Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support the end-to-end finance and accounting functions for multiple client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliances, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
· Maintain books of accounts in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, Netsuite, or similar ERP systems.
· Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
· Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations.
· Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
· Generate customer invoices.
· Monitor receivables and outstanding balances.
· Follow up with customers for collections.
· Prepare ageing reports and collection status reports.
· Reconcile customer accounts.
Accounts Payable (AP)
· Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
· Verify supporting documents and approvals.
· Prepare payment schedules.
· Reconcile vendor balances and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Reporting & MIS
· Prepare monthly MIS reports.
· Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
· Analyse financial data and identify variances.
· Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
GST Compliance
· Prepare and review GST working papers.
· File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR
