Recruitment experience in any field
1–2 years of experience preferred
Willing to travel to branches on a monthly basis
?? Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations
Manage bulk hiring and timely generation of offer letters
Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation
Track employee movements and update HRMS
Manage employee exits and full & final settlements
Address employee queries and grievances
Coordinate with Operations HR, Payroll, and related teams
? Salary Range
₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month
