The Talent Acquisition Operations & Recruitment Marketing Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for the Talent Acquisition function. This role assists with established recruiting processes, recruitment marketing activities, job posting updates, vendor and platform coordination, reporting support, documentation maintenance, and operational follow-up.
This individual contributor role works under the direction of Talent Acquisition leadership and supports recruiters, India-based recruiting support, HR partners, external vendors, and brand/marketing partners to help ensure recruiting activities are completed accurately, consistently, and in alignment with established processes. The role helps maintain recruiting workflows, candidate-facing materials, and reporting tools so the Talent Acquisition team can operate efficiently and consistently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Talent Acquisition Operations & Process Improvement
Support recruiting processes across the hiring lifecycle, including requisition administration, job posting, sourcing support, candidate tracking,



interview coordination, dispositioning, offer support, onboarding handoffs, and post-offer workflows.
Maintain recruiting documentation, templates, process guides, SOPs, trackers, and shared files.
Assist with updates to recruiting workflows, forms, communications, and process materials.
Follow established processes and escalate questions, inconsistencies, or issues to Talent Acquisition leadership.
Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and India-based recruiting support to ensure recruiting activities are completed accurately and consistently.
Provide overflow support for onboarding coordination and centralized TA administrative activities as needed.
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand
Provide coordination and administrative support for recruitment marketing campaigns, hiring initiatives, job advertising, and employer brand activities.
