We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist who can not only manage our online marketplaces but also drive sales growth through data-driven strategies and marketplace optimization.

Role Overview:
The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing Creykid's online presence across marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace management, digital merchandising, inventory coordination, online promotions, and sales analysis. This role requires someone who can identify growth opportunities, improve product visibility,



and work closely with the marketing and sales teams to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
· Marketplace management
· Manage and optimize seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Myntra (if applicable), Jiomart, and other relevant marketplaces.
· Ensure accurate product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and category mapping.
· Monitor product availability and coordinate with inventory and operations teams to prevent stock-outs.
· Handle catalogue creation, updates, A+ content, and listing optimization.

Sales Growth & Business Development:
· Develop and execute strategies to increase marketplace sales and revenue.
· Identify opportunities for product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and marketplace offers.
· Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and assortment to recommend pricing and sales strategies.
· Analyze sales performance and suggest actions to improve conversion rates and average order value.
