Job Description
Senior Process Engineer
Location: Bengaluru / Delhi
Job Summary
Responsible for process design, engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and preparation of engineering deliverables for Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP),



water reuse, purification, and industrial water treatment projects. Develop cost-effective, compliant, and technically sound solutions across all project phases. [Process Engineer | Word]
Key Responsibilities:
Develop process designs for WTP, STP, tertiary treatment, reuse, RO/UF, and industrial water treatment systems.
Perform process calculations, hydraulic analysis, mass balances, equipment sizing, and technology selection.
Prepare and review engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs;, hydraulic profiles, design reports, specifications, and datasheets.
Design and evaluate treatment processes such as ASP, SBR, MBBR, MBR, UF, RO, UV, and ozonation systems.
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, BIM/CAD, and procurement teams.
Review vendor submissions, support process simulations, troubleshooting, construction, commissioning, and plant startup activities.
