Role Description The Zonal Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for driving sales performance and business growth within the assigned zone.



This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, setting targets for branch teams, and monitoring achievement against business plans. The Zonal Sales Manager will oversee and mentor branch managers and sales teams, ensure adherence to company policies, and support effective customer acquisition and retention. Day-to-day activities involve market mapping, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also involves regular reporting on sales performance, competitor insights, and local market trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
