Role Overview
We are looking for an Impact Associate who will work closely with the Associate
Head – Impact and cross-functional teams to support the design, execution, and
tracking of Karya’s impact programs.
This is a hands-on role situated at the intersection of program execution, data
analysis, and stakeholder coordination. You will help ensure projects run
smoothly, insights are captured effectively, and outputs are translated into
transparent communication for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Execution & Coordination
Support day-to-day coordination of ongoing impact projects across internal teams
(operations, tech, impact, partnerships) and external stakeholders
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
