Emora Counselling is an expanding human development center and learning institute based in Hyderabad. We are not just a traditional consultation space—we build innovative educational journeys, structured skill-building courses, proprietary child potential assessments, and transformative self-awareness programs.
We are constantly evolving and creating current ways to empower individuals, students, and families. As we grow our certification courses and assessment frameworks, we are looking for a proactive, warm, and growth-minded Client Experience & Operations Executive to be the welcoming face and voice of our center.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front-Office & In-Person Client Engagement:
Warmly greet and receive every client, student, and parent who steps through our doors, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued in our serene, natural center environment.
Introduce visiting individuals to Emora’s diverse ecosystem—including our specialized assessment tools, 120-day certification courses, workshops, and learning journeys.
2. Relationship Building & Nurturing Follow-ups:




Maintain strong, long-term relationships with students, course participants, and families through thoughtful follow-ups (calls and WhatsApp).
Manage calendar schedules, course enrollments, assessment sessions, and program orientations smoothly.
Act as a reliable liaison, ensuring every individual receives continuous guidance throughout their journey with Emora.
3. Growth & Multi-Skilling (Learn New Things):
Assist in organizing and coordinating new course launches, student admissions, and assessment drives.
Work closely with our leadership team to learn new skills in client handling, program coordination, and operational management.
Participate in creating simple visual updates and posts (using Canva/social media tools) to share our upcoming courses and assessment programs with the community.
