Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into meaningful product experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Design intuitive, high-quality user experiences and visuals for B2B and B2C products across web and mobile
* Translate business goals and user needs into scalable design solutions
* Build, maintain, and evolve design systems aligned with product and brand strategy
* Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions
* Collaborate with product managers, developers,
and stakeholders for seamless execution
* Apply UX principles and creative thinking to solve complex problems and deliver engaging, delightful experiences
Requirements
* 2 - 5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
* Robust visual design skills with a refined sense of typography, color, and layout
* Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards
* Proven experience designing for both B2B and B2C applications
* Experience working on web and mobile platforms
* Hands-on experience in creating and scaling design systems
* Ability to balance user needs with business objectives effectively
* Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
* A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities and end-to-end design thinking
