Job Description – Head – E-commerce & Quick Commerce
The Head – E-commerce & Quick Commerce, based in Mumbai and reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), will be responsible for driving the overall growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the company's digital commerce business. The ideal candidate should have experience in industries such as FMCG, Nutrition, Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Health, Wellness, or Packaged Foods, with a strong understanding of contemporary digital retail ecosystems.
The role involves complete ownership of the E-commerce and Quick Commerce P&L;, including revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, profitability, pricing, promotions, and channel investments. The candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the business across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other emerging digital platforms. They will develop platform-specific growth strategies focused on increasing market share,



improving profitability, optimizing pricing and promotions, and driving sustainable business expansion.
The successful candidate will own marketplace media investments with accountability for key performance metrics including ROAS, TACOS, conversion rates, organic rankings, and overall media efficiency. They will lead annual commercial negotiations, establish joint business plans, and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership teams across marketplace partners. Additionally, they will design city-wise, cluster-wise, and dark-store expansion strategies for Quick Commerce while defining channel-specific product assortments, pack architecture, pricing, promotional campaigns, new product launches, and exclusive platform offerings.
The role requires identifying category growth opportunities by leveraging platform analytics, consumer insights, search trends, customer reviews, and competitive intelligence.
