Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee digital marketing and social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and paid media platforms; track ROI and KPIs.
Prepare and manage allocated digital marketing budgets; ensure efficient media utilization and cost optimization.
Oversee and manage all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand tone, compliance, and publishing cadence.
Suggest and implement initiatives to improve the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of online and social content.
Track, analyze,



and measure social media and digital performance metrics; prepare periodic performance dashboards and reports.
Research competitor activity, category trends, and platform best practices; provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Keep abreast of industry, market, and platform trends to continuously enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
Identify trends and insights from campaign data and customer behavior; optimize digital spends and performance based on insights.
Evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple digital channels and touchpoints; design, build, and maintain strong social media presence.
Collaborate closely with creative, social media, and digital media agencies for campaign planning, execution, and performance reviews.
Translate brand strategies into digital and social media brand plans, positioning, and execution frameworks
