Job Summary

The Relationship Manager in Visakhapatnam is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering appropriate banking and financial solutions to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and nurture lasting relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
Identify client financial needs and provide tailored solutions from the company's product and service portfolio, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
Achieve individual and team sales targets for various banking products and services within the Visakhapatnam region.
Prepare and present financial proposals to clients, clearly outlining benefits and terms.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.




Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., credit, operations, product development) to facilitate seamless client service and product delivery.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
Participate in local community events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or banking within the financial services industry, preferably in Visakhapatnam or a similar market.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building solid client relationships.
