Purplechalk is looking for a highly creative, hands-on creative trainee who can help execute engaging campaigns, plan and manage content calendars, build moodboards, write copy, assist on photoshoots, run A/B tests, and prepare competitor & performance reports.

This role is perfect for someone who thinks visually, writes persuasively, and understands social media strategy. You will work across lifestyle, fashion, D2C, and B2C brands, learning end-to-end social media execution while taking ownership of creative outputs.

Core Responsibilities
Build moodboards for campaigns: visual style, colours, typography, props, lighting, composition, and shot ideas.
Translate creative direction from senior creatives into actionable briefs for shoots, designers, and editors.
Assist in conceptualising social campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and brand storytelling.
Plan, maintain,



and execute a content calendar for multiple social media accounts.
Ensure posts are scheduled to maximise engagement and align with campaigns, launches, and trends.
Collaborate with senior creatives to sync content themes with marketing goals.
Write engaging captions, hooks, microcopy, and CTAs for Instagram, Facebook, and reels.
Create storyboards and short-form content scripts for reels, videos, and carousels.
Maintain brand voice and tone across all platforms.
Assist on photoshoots: manage props, check framing/lighting against moodboards, capture BTS content.
Tag, organise, and prepare raw assets for editing.
Ensure final assets align with creative briefs and social formats.
Conduct A/B tests on copy, visuals, and posting times.
Track results and recommend optimizations for higher engagement.
Work with analytics tools to measure post and campaign performance.
