We are growing rapidly and looking for an ambitious Outreach Specialist to join our Noida team and help drive our global pipeline operations.

The Role
As an Outreach Specialist at Growzle, you will not be a traditional "spray and pray" SDR. You will be a vital operator of our pipeline engine. You will execute highly targeted, signal-based outbound campaigns that secure international pipeline for our clients.



You will work directly with cross-channel hyper-personalization, algorithmic ICP scoring, and intent triggers to book qualified revenue meetings.

What You Will Do

Execute the Pipeline Engine: Operate across all stages of our outbound architecture—from scraping and enriching data to launching connected multi-touch sequences (Email, LinkedIn, Calls).
Signal-Based Targeting: Monitor high-intent industry keywords, competitor tracking, and profile interactions to identify right-fit buyers before launching outreach.
Hyper-Personalization: Craft and deploy messaging that resonates with Western enterprise buyers (UK/US), ensuring our clients don't just look like local players, but established global competitors.
Manage Intent Triggers: Move beyond vanity metrics (like simple open rates) and focus on conversion optimization, booking high-revenue meetings, and tracking operational metrics.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with our GTM squad
