This is a 6 day work week role based out of our Delhi office, with 1 day of work from home.

You should apply if you have:
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytics role.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex analytical queries involving multiple tables, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization.
Hands on experience pulling data from third party APIs, for example ad platforms, payment gateways or CRM tools, and turning that into usable datasets without engineering support.
Hands-on experience building business dashboards using BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker or Power BI.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to convert business questions into structured analyses.
Experience working with large datasets and translating data into meaningful business insights.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
The ability to independently manage ambiguous requests while balancing multiple priorities.
An AI-first mindset and comfort using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity.

Are uncomfortable working with SQL, dashboards, and large datasets.
Need constant direction and struggle to independently navigate ambiguous requirements.
