About Frameo
Frameo is an agentic AI video production platform for creative agencies producing micro-drama content. We're part of Dashverse - a full-stack AI entertainment company also operating DashReels, our micro-drama distribution app.
Creators bring their core inputs to Frameo:



characters, locations, and a script. Some they upload, some they generate with us through conversation with our agent. We turn those inputs into shots, then assemble the shots into an episode. The first time a creator sees their story come to life in a generated shot - that's the moment Frameo has to earn. The product leading up to it has to feel purposeful, not procedural.
That's the design problem. And that's what you'd own.

About the Role
Design at Frameo isn't decoration on top of a pipeline. It's the structure that makes a multi-step, AI-driven, chat-led production process feel like a single coherent craft tool. You'll own the experiences that turn complex workflows like agent interactions, asset libraries, script-to-shot mapping, generation queues, shot review, episode assembly into flows a first-time creator can move through with confidence.
