We’re seeking a hungry, client-first Business Development Associate to drive enrolment growth and expand our reach across key Indian markets.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and convert educational institutes, corporate L&D; teams, and career counsellors into partnership channels for certification programmes.
Conduct end-to-end sales cycles—from cold outreach and discovery calls to proposal delivery and contract closure—using CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho.
Represent Mindtel at career fairs, campus drives, and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads across Tier 1 & 2 cities.
Collaborate with marketing to co-create localized campaigns, referral programs, and conversion funnels using LinkedIn,
WhatsApp Business, and SMS.
Track KPIs (lead-to-close rate, CAC, pipeline velocity) and report weekly to the BD Head with data-backed insights for process improvement.
Onboard and train regional partners, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, pricing strategy, and student success metrics.
