Role Description: The Accountant at MindManifesta™ will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and reconciliation of accounts. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking expenses, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations,



and internal controls, as well as assisting with audits and financial analysis for leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, requiring close collaboration with the advisory and operations teams to provide accurate and timely financial insights.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid core accounting skills, including general ledger management, journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking to support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems) and strong Excel or spreadsheet skills.
