Responsible for the QHSE activities and regulatory requirements and their implementation. The manager shall direct and coordinate Quality, Health, Safety & Environment activities as directed by the Regional QHSE Manager.

• Maintain and enhance QHSE systems in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and API Q1 &2 standards.
• Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across operational activities.
• Conduct internal audits and deliver QHSE training to ensure continuous compliance.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.




• Prepare and present QHSE reports to senior management, integrating best practices across all departments.
• Support a unified Nabors QHSE approach across Machine Shop, Drilling, Fishing, and TRS operations.

It is expected that the QHSE Manager will play a lead or integral role during the area QHSE planning, development and implementation activities as required by the customers (internal and external).
Planning and development of QHSE Goals & Objectives for Nabors.
Ensure integration of Client and QHSE personnel interfaces as a primary objective.
Perform QHSE audits on rigs and equipment to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Integrate internal and external reporting according to established Nabors, Client and local governmental system requirements.
