About the Role
The Store Manager owns the full performance of the retail location, from customer experience and team leadership to sales delivery and operational control. This role is responsible for keeping the store aligned to business targets,



maintaining service standards, and making sure every shift runs smoothly. The manager will use daily floor leadership, people coaching, stock discipline, and performance tracking to drive outcomes that matter to the business. Success in this role means creating a store that is consistently well-run, commercially solid, and trusted by both customers and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
Own store-level sales performance by translating targets into clear daily actions, monitoring progress closely, and closing gaps early so the location consistently delivers against plan.
Lead and coach the store team through structured routines, on-the-floor guidance, and feedback that improves productivity, service quality, and accountability across shifts.
