Required Skills:
Robust hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
Expertise in at least one of the following modules:
HRSD
GRC / IRM
SPM
CSM

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub
Good understanding of ServiceNow best practices and SDLC
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs
Configure workflows, Flow Designer, and platform automations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities
For Technical Lead roles: Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
