Role Description
The Beauty Advisor – Retail is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. In this position, the individual will welcome and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Kimirica products to create a personalized self-care experience. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating product features, explaining ingredients and advantages,



maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized. The role involves processing sales transactions accurately, handling customer queries or concerns, and contributing to store targets through proactive engagement and upselling where appropriate. The Beauty Advisor will also support store events, adhere to company policies, and provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and trends.

Qualifications
