As part of our growing activities, we are strengthening our Power Systems Studies team to support increasing demand for grid connection and transmission studies across Asia and internationally. This role reports to the TCD System Studies Asia Department and can be based in any of our offices in India (remote option can be discussed), Malaysia or Indonesia.
This position is open to candidates who already have the legal right to work in the selected country. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
Job Description
Context:
Our TCD Power Systems team supports utilities, developers,



and investors in addressing grid integration challenges for generation and transmission projects, including renewable energy, battery storage, and HVDC interconnections.
You will be part of a global team delivering power system studies across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, contributing to both project execution and technical development.
Regular working days: Mon-Fri., 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
Responsibilities:
Power system studies execution
Perform steady-state and agile power system studies, including load flow, contingency, short-circuit, RMS stability, voltage stability and reactive power assessments.
Develop and maintain network models using PSS®E and/or DIgSILENT PowerFactory
Define study assumptions, scenarios, and contingencies.
Interpret study results, identify network constraints and stability risks, and develop technically justified mitigation measures.
Conduct complex technical assessments and develop specialist solutions for power system
