Outbound Growth
About the Role Tuskr is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative who will take ownership of designing, building, optimizing, and scaling our outbound engine. In this role, you will develop scalable outbound processes, optimize campaign performance, expand outbound capacity, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to build a high-performing outbound function that supports Tuskr's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities Deliverability & Infrastructure
● Establish and maintain outbound infrastructure capable of supporting growth. ● Apply best practices for email deliverability and sender reputation.
● Define scalable processes for mailbox management, sending capacity, and campaign health. ● Monitor outbound performance and identify risks before they impact results. Outbound Strategy & Process
● Design and continuously improve scalable outbound sales processes.
● Build repeatable workflows that can grow with the business.
● Continuously optimize messaging, sequencing,



and campaign structure based on performance data.
● Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Sales Operations
● Build productive lead qualification processes.
● Define handoff criteria between SDR and Account Executive teams.
● Maintain clean outbound workflows and operational standards.
● Improve reporting and visibility into the outbound pipeline.
Performance Optimization
● Define KPIs across every stage of the outbound funnel.
● Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
● Run structured experiments to improve conversion rates.
● Use data to drive decisions rather than assumptions.
Required Experience
● Proven experience designing and scaling outbound sales programs.
● Experience building repeatable outbound processes rather than simply executing campaigns. ● Strong understanding of outbound sales methodology.
