Designation: Vice President Sales
Primary Responsibilities:
The Vice President of Sales (Head of Department) will lead and oversee the Sales team
responsible for executing the overall sales strategy for end-of-line packaging machines.
This individual will lead a high-performing sales team, establish key relationships with
industry stakeholders, and work closely with the executive team to expand our market
share and drive revenue growth. The VP of Sales will bring deep industry knowledge, a
customer-centric approach, and proven leadership experience in scaling sales operations.

Reporting to: Director

Required Skills:
- Leadership & Management: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a large team.
- Automation Expertise: Deep understanding of automation technologies, industry trends,
and competitive landscape.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of sales success, ideally in a technical or B2B sales
environment.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging
clients and stakeholders.
- Robust interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and cross-functional
teams

1. Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the domestic & global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets,
increase market share, and drive growth in the packaging automation industry.
- Lead and manage the team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, key account executives, and
sales engineers.
- Provide training and development to ensure the team has the technical and sales skills
needed for success in the automation industry.
