Experience
5+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning or AI systems development
At least 2 years leading projects or small teams
Experience in end-to-end model development, deployment, and iteration from research to production
Responsibilities
Design and build end-to-end AI systems for production-grade use cases across healthcare, insurance, and commerce
Prototype and experiment by turning new ideas into functional proof-of-concepts
Evaluate and fine-tune models for performance, explainability, and reliability
Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks for model behavior, alignment, and performance
Deploy monitoring and observability tools to track anomalies, staleness, and drift
Design agentic workflows and energetic context engines for adaptive, intent-aware automation
Lead and mentor a small team through architecture, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
Additional Responsibilities
Choose the right approach between deep learning and classical ML based on the problem
Generate or curate synthetic or weakly supervised data when needed
Translate abstract AI ideas into reliable, human-aligned systems
Collaborate across disciplines
