Experience
3+ years of people management experience leading software engineering teams
Strong background in software engineering with scalable, production-grade applications and platforms
Experience delivering customer-facing products where performance, reliability, accuracy, and user trust are critical
Experience developing large-scale distributed systems, data processing platforms, batch workloads,
or event-driven architectures
Strong understanding of contemporary web and cloud technologies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and distributed teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in a global environment
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing engineering team building AI-powered solutions for legal professionals
Oversee AI Agents and AI Accelerators product areas
Lead end-to-end development of AI agent capabilities
Drive delivery of AI accelerators from concept through production deployment
Partner with Product Management, Legal Domain Experts, Review Operations, and Engineering stakeholders
Establish and maintain robust evaluation
