Key Responsibilities
• Execute end-to-end renewal tracking across departments, branches and partner channels.
• Maintain a clean, verified renewal pipeline so every due case is visible well before expiry.
• Run structured follow-ups to closure — no case lapses on account of a process gap.
• Own the renewal MIS day to day: accuracy, timeliness and integrity of every number reported.
• Reconcile MIS against CRM and insurer data, and flag lapse patterns and slippage with supporting data.
• Prepare renewal dashboards and review decks for the Manager and senior management.
• Resolve documentation, endorsement and payment blockers with operations, claims and accounts.
• Reach out to clients well ahead of due dates; escalate at-risk and high-value cases early.
• Support the Manager in client discussions and insurer negotiations on critical renewals.
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely CRM updates and IRDAI compliance; keep records audit-ready.
• Take full ownership of assigned cases and reports,
and hold the desk in the Manager's absence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline; insurance certification (Licentiate/Associate) an advantage.
• 3-6 years in insurance or insurance broking, preferably renewals, retention or client servicing.
• Sound knowledge of the renewal cycle, policy servicing and documentation.
• Advanced Excel and MIS skills (pivots, lookups, dashboards) with hands-on CRM experience — essential.
• High attention to detail and a record of accurate, on-time work under volume pressure.
• Transparent communication and the discipline to report status honestly and early.
• Reliable and accountable — someone the Manager can hand a task to and not follow up on.
