Job Description

Role Overview

As the Revenue Manager at Caravan Hatta by Our Habitas, you will play a key role in driving the property’s commercial performance through strategic revenue management, demand optimisation and effective pricing strategies.

Working closely with the Senior Director of Sales and the wider Our Habitas commercial team, you will be responsible for maximising revenue across rooms, accommodation packages, groups and other relevant revenue streams, while ensuring pricing and inventory strategies are aligned with market demand,



business objectives and the unique positioning of Caravan Hatta.

As part of the pre-opening and commercial ramp-up, you will support the development of the property’s revenue strategy, forecasting and market positioning, helping establish Caravan Hatta as a leading experiential destination for leisure, groups, retreats and meaningful connections.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded revenue qualified who combines strong analytical capability with a practical understanding of hospitality, enjoys working in a dynamic pre-opening environment, and is passionate about using data and market insight to drive commercial results.

Revenue Strategy & Optimisation

Develop and implement the property’s revenue strategy in alignment with overall commercial, occupancy and profitability objectives.
Establish pricing, inventory and yield strategies across relevant market segments and room categories.
