Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pharma Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations for our pharmaceutical/healthcare/wellness business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procuring raw materials, packaging, APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), and finished goods within a regulated healthcare, pharma, or wellness setting, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and uninterrupted supply chain continuity.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing




● Develop and execute procurement strategies for APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and finished pharmaceutical/wellness products.
● Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable domestic and international suppliers/vendors.
● Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to optimize cost without compromising quality.
● Monitor market trends, raw material price fluctuations, and supply risks to inform procurement decisions.

Vendor & Supplier Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
● Conduct regular vendor audits and performance evaluations (quality, delivery timelines, compliance).
● Manage vendor onboarding, qualification, and documentation as per regulatory requirements (GMP, WHO-GMP, FDA, etc.).
● Resolve supplier-related issues including delays, quality deviations, and disputes.
