Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, optimize, and secure enterprise SQL Server environments. The role involves hands-on responsibility for performance tuning, high availability and disaster recovery, security, automation, and Azure SQL platforms, along with proactive monitoring and production support.

Responsibilities

* Manage and support SQL Server environments (2012–2022) across production and non-production systems.
* Perform advanced performance tuning using execution plans, Query Store, DMVs, and wait statistics.
* Troubleshooting, blocking, deadlocks, memory grants, TempDB issues, and I/O bottlenecks.
* Design and maintain backup and restore strategies, including point-in-time recovery and DR drills.
