Role Description
This is a full time on-site role as a Retail Merchandise Specialist (Allocation & Distribution)
to join our Brand division based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The role involves the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product life cycle, ensuring optimal stock levels, and enhancing store performance through data-driven product strategies. You will help drive the alignment between customer preferences and Sweet Dreams' offerings, contributing to brand growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
o Monitor stock levels to ensure availability and optimal turnover.
o Avoid stock-outs/overstocking through effective safety stock and buffer planning.
o Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and restocking.
2. Stock Replenishment
o Implement and manage replenishment processes.
o Ensure fast-moving and best-selling items are restocked in a timely manner.
3. Sales Analysis & Forecasting
o Analyze sales trends to identify strong/weak performing SKUs.
